What is your payment policy?
To confirm your order, full payment is required at the time of booking. For event decorations, please place your order 3 to 5 weeks in advance to ensure everything is perfectly planned and available. For personalized gifts, please order at least one week in advance, so we can add a special detail: the date of your order printed or noted on the gift. This makes every present even more meaningful — showing the love and thoughtfulness you put into planning it ahead of time.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because every item and decoration is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once production has started.
